MBR Sewage Integrated Treatment System (Container)

MBR membrane bioreactor is a new type of high-efficiency wastewater treatment process that combines efficient membrane separation technology with the traditional activated sludge method. It uses an MBR membrane module with a unique structure placed in the aeration tank. After aerobic aeration and biological treatment, the water is extracted by a pump through the filter membrane. MBR wastewater treatment differs significantly from traditional wastewater treatment methods, replacing the secondary sedimentation tank and tertiary treatment process in traditional processes with a membrane separation device. The resulting effluent solves the problem of the treated water quality not meeting the requirements for reclaimed water use, a common issue with traditional environmental protection equipment in wastewater treatment. Water treated by MBR wastewater treatment can be directly used as municipal water or further treated for various industrial uses.
