Clamping: In the lower left corner, a dual-connected cylinder drives a V-shaped clamp with spring cushioning to ensure the clamping force is gentle and stable without damaging the product. The force of the spring can be adjusted by the adjustment screw at the rear end. The cylinder is mounted upside down at the lower end of the fixture to ensure spatial harmony of the fixture. Suction: Four suction cups are installed on the fixture to grip the four smooth surfaces of the product. Precision: The XY adjustment platform allows for adjustment and control of the product's movement and precision in the XY directions.
