The project utilizes automatic scanning for entry and exit of the warehouse; employs forklift-style AGVs to achieve circulation and storage of goods within the warehouse; uses an automated packaging line to pack goods for dispatch, completing the entire automated process of storage, packaging, and shipping. The warehouse adopts a back-to-back layout, allowing for the immediate placement and retrieval of products, as shown in the figure below. Based on the maximum pallet dimensions of 1200mmX1100mm, I chose a forklift-style AGV with non-reflector laser navigation and dimensions of L2700*W920*H2200. A logistics channel is left between every two rows of goods, with a crosswise width of 3000mm and a lengthwise width of 1500mm. There are scanning and anomaly handling zones designed at the entrance and exit of the warehouse. Within the warehouse, near the pedestrian walkway, there are zones designated for handling scrap and spot inspection. The entire warehouse area and the manual activity areas are isolated by fencing. According to the layout, it can accommodate at least 1812 storage locations, which are managed by a WMS. The WMS is connected with the AGVS system, achieving unmanned logistics handling throughout the plant. The use of 6 forklift-style AGVs can meet the real-time demand.
