The automobile sunroof track oiling equipment is designed for the General Baojun sunroof track, applying anti-wear lubricant evenly at four positions on the sunroof track. It is now in use and customer feedback is positive.
Design Insights:
- The oil pump pressure should not be too high, otherwise the oil pipe can easily burst.
- The oiling head should be detachable, as impurities in the oil can clog the oil holes, necessitating quick disassembly and cleaning.
- When the customer uses the equipment, ensure that the grease added is not contaminated.
