Suction Cup Flipping Mechanism This flipping mechanism is often used for turning over products for backside processing. The mechanism employs an SMC swing cylinder, which is equipped with a magnetic induction switch. The cylinder can be adjusted within a range of 270° and uses a buffer for cushioning and positioning. During product flipping, the suction cup lifts and the mechanism rotates; once in position, the suction cup releases the vacuum, completing the product turnover. All parts within the suction cup flipping mechanism have characteristic parameters that can be edited. Additionally, an animation video of the model has been created for reference.
