1. The slit-type dispensing machine uses Y-axis and Z-axis servo drives, controlled by a Weintek touch screen integrated machine. 2. The dispensing volume is uniform and adjustable. The slit-type dispensing head is made of stainless steel with a surface roughness of 0.4. It is equipped with 0.1mm and 0.2mm shims to control the dispensing volume, and the dispensing volume of the slit-type dispensing head can also be adjusted locally. 3. The dispensing range is for glass with dimensions under 210x210mm. 4. The slit-type dispensing head uses a micrometer head design to accurately control the gap with the glass by adjusting the height up and down, and to adjust the parallelism with the glass. 5. The slit-type dispensing head can be quickly disassembled for easy cleaning of glue and replacement of shims. 6. The Y-axis uses a bellows cover design to prevent glue from penetrating into the guide rail and screw rod. 7. The display screen has automatic monitoring screens and alarm screens; convenient for setting parameters and viewing information. 8. Modular assembly process, with each key component and position being individually detachable, allowing for quick replacement of accidentally damaged parts. 9.
