The fully automatic cuff-type sealing and shrinking packaging machine performs fully automatic online side sealing and heat shrink packaging of products. It uses photoelectric sensors to automatically detect products and can interface with a conveyor line for automatic feeding or be fed manually in a standalone mode. It employs folded film and can seal the other three sides. The constant temperature heating and sealing system can be used for sealing industrial standard heat seal films such as PE, PVC, and POF. It is followed by a heat shrink machine, with a thermal energy system that recycles heat, making it more energy-efficient, higher in efficiency, and producing firm and aesthetically pleasing seals. When changing product sizes, only simple adjustments via the handwheel are needed, with no component replacement required, reducing product changeover time and making the operation easier. The adjustable-speed front-end feeding system and the rear storage work platform enable the entire machine to achieve truly high-speed, unmanned automatic operation. The corner design saves space.
