Semi-Automatic High-Precision Flat Surface Labeling Machine

This machine implements labeling on the upper plane, curved surfaces, and concave surfaces of products, achieving a labeling accuracy of up to ±0.2mm. It is mainly used for precision labeling of electronic components and digital products, such as SD cards, mobile phone batteries, and FPC labeling. High precision labeling highlights the excellent quality of the products, improving competitiveness. The operator places the workpiece to be labeled in a fixed position → presses the foot pedal switch → the label press cylinder descends → the suction label cylinder descends → the label peeling cylinder retracts to the right, a label is peeled off and held by the suction head → the label application cylinder descends, attaching the label to the workpiece → all cylinders reset → the traction motor rotates, bringing the next label to the predetermined position.
