Gaskets and upper covers are manually fed. The operator places the product body into the equipment fixture and takes out the gasket to place it on the product, then manually takes an upper cover to place it on top of the gasket. After pressing the start button, the upper pressing cylinder of the equipment descends, and the product is pressed into position. The main motor rotates to drive the product to rotate. The edge-sealing knife quickly moves near the product [the specific position can be adjusted via the screen. The edge-sealing knife feeds slowly for riveting (it starts rotating passively after contacting the product). The position and holding time of the edge sealing can be adjusted via the screen.
