Automotive Steering Knuckle Press-in Assembling Machine
Automotive steering knuckle, feeding, clamping, and pressing in, equipped with a pressure sensor to sense pressure and a position sensor to ensure proper insertion.
1. The clamping servo screw rod drives the gripper to move the corresponding distance according to the outer diameter size of the mandrel (general outer diameter size 17-35mm);
2. The servo press moves the corresponding distance according to the height of the mandrel (general height size 200-900mm);
3. Manually place the mandrel in the device, reverse pull the collet holder for pre-positioning;
4. Start the device; the clamping servo screw rod carries the collet holder to clamp and position the mandrel, while the reverse pull collet and the reverse pull force point make contact.
