The equipment uses PLC + touch screen control, vibration plate feeding, linear motion, and performs successive operations on incoming capacitors such as pin spreading, pin straightening, pin cutting, forming, K-pin, flipping, tubing, pipe pressing, and material ejecting. The height of each station is adjustable, and stations cycle interchangeably to save production costs and improve work efficiency.
