Oil Filling Machine SW2015 3D Design Model. This machine is suitable for filling liquids such as juice, condiments, cosmetics, detergents, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and petroleum products. The main motor and bottle conveyor belt use variable frequency speed regulation, making operation convenient. It employs an ultrasonic liquid level control system to effectively manage the liquid level inside the cylinder, ensuring a smoother and more accurate filling process. The machine is equipped with a filling valve safety device: in case the valve gets blocked, high-pressure material liquid can be relieved through the safety device to prevent valve body damage. It features a precise filling volume adjustment device. It also has mechanical and electrical overload automatic protection devices. There is an automatic bottle supply detection system: it checks whether bottles are being delivered on the conveyor belt and automatically starts or stops the machine (optional for customers). It also features an automatic bottle obstruction detection system (optional for customers). During the filling process, the distance between the valve nozzle and the liquid level is always maintained; it can also be designed such that the valve nozzle submerges into or withdraws from the liquid, depending on the type of bottle and product liquid, effectively preventing bubbling. It automatically monitors whether there is a bottle under each filling valve and automatically controls the opening of the filling valve, thereby preventing material wastage due to filling without a bottle.
