Hybrid electrical design with milling cutter separation, particularly suitable for separating precision SMD thin boards and aluminum circuit boards. 2. Guillotine style operation, suitable for PCBs of various thicknesses, with a cutting stroke of less than 2mm, ensuring no safety concerns during operation. 3. Reduces the internal stress generated during cutting to below 180 μST, avoiding solder cracking and preventing damage to precision components. 4. Capable of separating V-groove edges and parts with a minimum width of 0.3mm and a height of 60mm. 5. The cutting tools can be reground repeatedly after wear.
