The skylight production line equipment is placed on the fast cycle chain flow line for circulation. For workstations with high precision requirements (motor fastening, glass fastening), independent off-line positioning assembly is used. Workstations that require adjustments are equipped with precision adjustment mechanisms and LVDT real-time adjustments to ensure that over 90% of products are qualified for dimensional tolerance upon first delivery. If not qualified, they can be manually repaired at the station to avoid high defect rates in final products. A Kawasaki six-axis robot is used in the process. It takes a while to open with SolidWorks, so please be patient!
