Online Saw Cutting And Punching Integrated Machine

This is an original design of a cutting machine that can switch between sawing and punching cutting methods. The drawings are very detailed and include engineering drawings, with a reasonable equipment design. This equipment is suitable for the rubber cutting industry. The entire machine is mainly composed of three parts: the feeding traction device, cutting mechanism, and automatic receiving device. The feeding traction mechanism consists of rollers, upper and lower belts, and related transmission mechanisms; the cutting mechanism includes both sawing and punching cutting methods, belonging to a dual-purpose cutting machine. The sawing or punching cutting method can be switched via a touch screen. The sawing method is equipped with a water cooling device to prevent the saw blade from overheating. The receiving end device consists of a conveyor line, a fixed-length mechanism, and a receiving tray. The drawings are in the SolidWorks 2018 format. Everyone is welcome to download.
