This equipment is a fully automatic online OCV inspection and sorting device, formatted in CATIA R20. The assembly drawing is OCV-0000000. Batteries are transported by the main belt conveyor line and positioned through a blocking cylinder. Lateral ejector pin cylinders make contact with the battery through the positive and negative pins for automatic inspection. A defective manipulator transfers defective products to the defective product conveyor line. The conveying speed is approximately 250mm/s. Inspection time is 2 seconds, and the entire cycle can be controlled at 6 seconds per battery. Complete digital models are available, download is welcome.
