Non-standard SMT Chip Mounter SW Design sldasm and sldprt source files are provided. The SMT chip mounter, used in the electronics industry, consists of three main components: first, the conveying mechanism; second, the positioning mechanism; and third, the moving mechanism. The placement accuracy is controlled by a servo motor and CCD positioning detection. The model can be edited and we hope it can be helpful to everyone. The chip mounter is an integration of mechanical, electrical, optical, and computer control technologies. Through the functions of picking, moving, positioning, and placing, it achieves the fast and accurate mounting of SMD components onto the specified pad locations on the PCB board.
