This drawing is a vulcanization cooling line for non-standard sealing rings. The sealing ring is relatively large and needs cooling. If the cooling area is made linear, it would waste space. In the drawing, a combination of chain, servo motor, and tooling is used, with 2 layers, making a total of 80 stations. Axial fans are installed on both the top and bottom to enhance the cooling effect. After cooling is completed, the sealing ring undergoes trimming. Once trimming is finished, a robot arm picks it up and places it into a box. Version SW2021, includes parameters, editable.
