Multiple Billet Casting Machines

Multiple billet opening machines, 3D detailed. SolidWorks, STEP. This machine is mass-produced with a reasonable design. The main function of the billet opening machine is to reciprocally roll the billets heated by the furnace into intermediate billets of a certain size for use by the continuous rolling mill. After being heated by the furnace, the hot billet is transported via a roller table to the front of the billet opening machine. The control system, based on the tool parameters and rolling program preset by HM1, decides whether the billet turning equipment should turn the steel; the pressing equipment automatically reaches the set roll gap. After the pusher aligns the billet with the rolling hole pattern, the roller table and rolls operate to send the billet into the billet opening machine, and the billet opening machine begins to bite the steel for rolling. Once the billet opening machine throws the steel, this rolling pass is completed, moving into the next pass, and the process repeats until the required number of rolling passes is completed.
