The equipment integrates a Fanuc M10iC robot, workpiece gripper, deburring machine, bearing feeder, and vision inspection system. The robot injection molding part deburring machine is used for a series of automated processes such as bearing insertion into heat-dissipating injection molded parts, injection molded part retrieval, and injection molded part deburring, achieving a certain degree of unmanned automatic production.
