The machine automatically dispenses glue for bearing installation, equipped with UV drying adhesive.
Machine workflow: The machine applies rotary glue dispensing to the parts requiring bearing installation -- the pneumatic gripper automatically picks up the bearings delivered by the loading/unloading system -- places the picked bearings into the glued object -- the glued and bearing-installed object is sent to the drying mechanism for drying -- the object (with bearing) automatically exits after drying is complete.
Note: The purpose of the glue is to make the connection between the bearing and the object more secure; drying primarily ensures the liquid adhesive cures.
