The CCD inspection machine is used for the automatic inspection of SMT products' pin flatness, planarity, positional accuracy, coplanarity, appearance, and other new inspection functionalities. A recently developed CCD inspection device for detecting part apertures can achieve a testing speed of up to 170 PCS/MIN.
