The fully automatic one drag two flat mask production line is composed of XinTai Ming fully automatic high-speed flat type ear loop mask production line, which includes automatic feeding of raw materials, automatic transportation, cutting of the nose bridge strip, mask edge welding, folding, ultrasonic fusing, forming, cutting, and other fully automated processes, completing the entire production process from raw material rolls to finished mask products. The high-speed fully automatic one drag two flat mask production line is connected by one main machine and one ear loop machine. After the main machine outputs the mask body, the mask body piece is transported to the flip mechanism through a conveyor belt structure. The flip mechanism flips the mask tray onto the conveyor belt connected to the ear loop machine. The conveyor belt then transports the mask piece above the first mask tray on the front of the ear loop machine. Finally, the cylinder presses down to place the mask piece into the mask tray of the ear loop machine, and the subsequent actions of ear loop welding and edging are completed by the ear loop machine, thus completing the production of an ear loop mask product. The high-speed fully automatic one drag two flat mask production line is mainly used for flat type mask automatic forming: the whole roll of fabric is unwound by rollers, and the fabric is automatically hemmed and edged; the whole roll of nose bridge strip is unwound by traction, cut to a fixed length, and then fed into the edging fabric, both sides are ultrasonically welded to seal, then laterally sealed by ultrasound, and cut and formed by a cutter; the masks are transported via the assembly line to two mask ear loop welding stations, where ultrasonic welding completes the final mask forming; after the masks are made, they are transported via the assembly line to the flat belt line for collection.
