The fully automatic citrus peeler mainly includes a conveyor system, a steam boiler, a primary peeling device, and a secondary peeling device.
1. The conveyor system transports the citrus into the high-temperature steam boiler to soften the citrus peel;
2. The citrus exiting the high-temperature steam boiler is diverted and then enters the primary peeling device for coarse peeling;
3. The citrus then enters the secondary peeling device, where the peeling roller set and peeling blades perform fine peeling.
