The role and production of meltblown fabric primarily rely on polypropylene as the main material, with fiber diameters reaching 1-5 micrometers. With its high porosity, fluffy structure, and good crease resistance, these ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structures increase the number of fibers and surface area per unit area, thereby giving meltblown fabric excellent filtration, shielding, insulation, and oil absorption properties. It can be used in fields such as air and liquid filtration materials, isolation materials, absorbing materials, mask materials, heat preservation materials, oil absorption materials, and wiping cloths. This set of production equipment includes 3D model drawings for the entire production line unit, including the meltblown die head and spinning box structure.
