SolidWorks 2012 Designed Engine 3D Model with Oil Cooler - Source File Sharing! Includes left crankcase, right crankcase, oil pump, left external oil pipe, right external oil pipe, and oil cooler. It is characterized by a balance shaft bearing seat on the right crankcase. The right crankcase is equipped with an oil inlet and oil outlet. Below the oil inlet is a first oil channel that forms an acute angle of 10-20 degrees with the vertical direction. The first oil channel communicates with the oil inlet, and its end is sealed with a first oil plug. An oil hole is provided on the first oil channel that connects with the internal oil channel of the right crankcase. The side of the oil outlet is equipped with a second oil channel along the horizontal direction. The second oil channel communicates with the oil outlet, and its end is sealed with a second oil plug. Below the oil outlet, a third oil channel is set at an acute angle of 20-45 degrees with the vertical direction. The third oil channel communicates with the second oil channel and connects with the right external oil pipe. The right external oil pipe connects to the oil cooler. Outside the balance shaft bearing seat on the right crankcase, there is a fourth oil channel set at an acute angle of 30-40 degrees with the horizontal direction. The fourth oil channel communicates with both the second oil channel and the oil groove on the right crankcase. Above the front lifting hole on the right crankcase, a fifth oil channel is set at an acute angle of 30-40 degrees with the horizontal direction. One end of the fifth oil channel communicates with the oil groove, and the other end communicates with a sixth oil channel. The end of the fifth oil channel is sealed with a fifth oil plug. Above the left front lifting hole of the left crankcase, at an acute angle of 40-60 degrees with the horizontal direction, a seventh oil channel is set. The center of the seventh oil channel is 12-20mm away from the center of the front lifting hole. The seventh oil channel communicates with an eighth oil channel, which communicates with the sixth oil channel. The end of the seventh oil channel is connected to the left external oil pipe, which connects to the oil cooler.
