This is a multifunctional system for feeding elevator door panels and accessories, with two selectable functional modes. It utilizes a six-axis FANUC robot to achieve the feeding of elevator door panels and their accessories. Functional Mode 1: The sheet metal processing center produces door panels, which are then conveyed to the robot workstation by the synchronous belt conveyor line. The robot workstation identifies the door panels, picks the end cover plates, places them on the door panels, and then they flow into the next workstation. Functional Mode 2: The door panels from the sheet metal processing center are not discharged. Instead, the door panels are fed manually at feeding stations A and B of the robot workstation. According to the specifications of the door panels, the end cover plates are picked and placed on the door panels, and then they flow into the next workstation.
