Automation Dual-Station Hot Press 3D Model: This is a 3D proposal for a non-standard automation device. The equipment automatically feeds coiled materials, undergoes automatic hot pressing, and then automatically collects the processed materials. The hot press is the abbreviated name, with the full name being the Hydraulic (Station) Heating Press, which is a device used for rapid processing of adhesive items. Working principle of the hot press: It combines negative pressure with positive pressure and uses specialized glue. When processing PVC series materials, its linear precision and adhesive strength surpass those of negative pressure equipment. Due to its high pressure, low temperature, and short pressing time, it resolves the deformation issues encountered with negative pressure equipment when processing workpieces, especially large ones, significantly reducing the degree of deformation. The machine utilizes advanced electronic products for control, allowing automatic completion of processing steps such as feeding, lifting, heating, vacuuming, pressing, demolding, and lowering through adjustments. The non-standard dual-station hot press 3D model is designed using SW2015. It provides source files that are parameterized and editable. The model is excellent and some drawings are included.
