Description:
1. Working Principle: The equipment uses a screw dispensing mechanism to separate the screws. The screws are then absorbed to the tip of the electric screwdriver and fixed into the product using a three-dimensional platform.
2. Manually place the product into the fixture, consisting of two fixtures. When the product in fixture of Y-axis 1 has screws fixed, Y-axis 2 returns to the origin to replace the product. The two axes work alternately and cyclically, saving time and improving work efficiency.
3. Efficiency: 1800PCS/H (excluding feeding time)
