Design Of A Basket-Type Rapeseed Transplanter

The basket-type rapeseed transplanting machine is mainly designed to solve problems such as low efficiency and high labor intensity during the rapeseed transplanting process in southwestern regions like Sichuan. To design the basket-type rapeseed transplanting machine, it is first important to understand the market situation and development status of rapeseed transplanting machines, and analyze their design significance, requirements, key technologies, and development prospects. Next, the working principle of the basket-type rapeseed transplanting machine is analyzed, along with a functional analysis and functional solving. Then, the functional solution is evaluated, resulting in a final design plan that adopts a dual parallelogram mechanism with an eccentric disc, chain and bevel gear transmissions, and screw adjustments. Following this, parameter calculations and detailed structural designs are conducted for the basket-type rapeseed transplanting machine, including component parameters and structures such as the basket planting part, soil covering part, transmission part, and adjustment part. Finally, the use of Solidworks 3D design software is utilized to construct the part solid model and assembly model of the basket-type rapeseed transplanting machine.
