The operation of the entire equipment is structurally simple. No rollers or similar components are used in the transmission because the magnetic powder particles are very small and can easily enter standard parts. A cylinder is used as the carrier to convey on the platform surface with proper sealing to prevent dust from escaping and affecting the environment. With a U-shaped circulation, it achieves the full plate feeding function!
For better implementation, the plan has been optimized several times. The current plan is the final one, and the results are satisfactory! It has already been put into production.
