This is a typical form of synchronous assembly line conveyor. Synchronous assembly requires that the assembly pace of all stations on the assembly line be as consistent as possible. The conveyor pace is set to match the assembly pace of the slowest station on the line, meaning the conveyor can only advance once all assembly operations at every station are complete. This facilitates the implementation of synchronous transport for the assembly line. Additionally, all station spacings on the assembly line must be arranged equidistantly, enabling a step-by-step conveyance.
