A bottom-draining water tank, with the top and bottom covers connected via tower buckles. After removing the top cover, water can be filled in, or a water pipe can be inserted through the side hole of the bottom cover for filling. The bottom of the lower cover is drilled with regular holes as needed for operations such as drip irrigation. This water tank is also suitable for the drip irrigation process of fluid-like glue or paint.
