Banknote Counting Machine Equipment

The banknote counter device is a highly detailed model, containing detailed part models and various standard part specifications. It mainly consists of the banknote delivery rubber wheel and the banknote delivery counter-rotating wheel. Its function is for the banknote delivery rubber ring to effectively separate the continuously fed arriving banknotes from the subsequent banknotes with twice the line speed of the twisting rubber ring, and deliver them to the counter and detection sensor for counting and counterfeit detection. The banknote leaves the twisting rubber ring and enters the banknote delivery rubber ring. Due to the TD series banknote counter having a distance (60mm) between the twisting axis and the delivery axis that is smaller than the width of the counted banknotes (maximum 77mm), the remaining width of the banknotes leads to relative friction between the twisting rubber ring and the banknotes, reducing the service life of the twisting rubber ring.
