This equipment is used in the bending and shaping process of the PCM board assembly on the mobile phone battery production line. After the PCM board is welded to the battery tab, it needs to be bent twice into the groove at the top of the battery. This equipment is used to complete this process. The adhesive bending will bend the PCM tape along with the PCM board into the groove. The equipment includes a fork bending module, controllable pressure for flattening and shaping, a front or back adhesive tape wrapping module. The designed capacity is 1000 PCS/h. The equipment dimensions are 1200X1500X1900. The details of each module of the equipment are clear for reference in the planning.
