Vibration Plate Feeding Mechanism: Achieve feeding on both sides through two vibrating plates. 2. Carrier Transport Mechanism: Use modules to drive two cylinders to achieve loading and unloading transport actions of products. 3. Gripping Mechanism: The cylinder moves downward to retract the bottom baffle, allowing the magnetic guide pole to approach the product to achieve loading effect. During unloading, the baffle opens for unloading. 4. Straight Vibration Feeding Mechanism: Connects the straight vibration mechanism behind the vibration plate to achieve storage buffering and long-distance linear feeding. 5. Receiving Mechanism: Grabs and holds the finished magnetic product through grooves. 6. Pressing Magnetizing Mechanism: The cylinder drives the press head to press the product and electrify it to complete magnetizing. 7. Lateral Transport Mechanism: Driven by modules to complete left and right material handling, transporting to the magnetizing position. Process Flow: Step 1: Feed through the vibration plate and straight vibration mechanism Step 2: The right-side carrier transport mechanism moves above the straight channel for material picking via cylinder descent and block ascent Step 3: The carrier transport mechanism moves above the lateral transport mechanism, lowering with the cylinder and block to place unmagnetized material on the carrier Step 4: The lateral transport mechanism shifts to the left, moving the material below the pressing magnetizing machine Step 5: The pressing magnetizing machine uses a cylinder to press and electrify the product to complete magnetizing Step 6: At the same time, previously magnetized products are pushed to the position below the left side carrier transport mechanism Step 7: The left-side carrier transport mechanism performs loading of left-side materials and unloading of magnetized products Step 8: The lateral transport mechanism shifts the magnetized products to the right under the right-side carrier transport mechanism Step 9: The carrier transport mechanism moves the magnetized product to the receiving device while simultaneously feeding non-magnetized material
