Automatic Feed Screw Locking Machine SW Design

An automated feeding and screw-locking rotary table multi-station automation assembly equipment. The screw is fastened into the product by an electric or pneumatic screwdriver system. Compared to the traditional action of holding the screw in one hand and the electric or pneumatic screwdriver in the other, an automatic screw feeding and locking machine frees up one hand. You only need one hand to pick up the screwdriver and align it with the screw hole to lock the screw. After locking one screw, you just need to lift the screwdriver and align it with the next screw hole, and the machine will automatically deliver a screw under the screwdriver at the moment of lifting, waiting to lock the next screw, repeating this process. The automatic tightening unit of the equipment includes a rotation-driven section and a screw-feeding section. Common methods for feeding screws include the blowing type and the suction type. Generally speaking, the blowing type is more efficient because it works continuously and doesn't require the head to move back and forth. However, the blowing type is limited by the shape and aspect ratio of the screws, so not every type of screw is suitable for the blowing method.
