Automatic Dispensing Machine Function Introduction: The conveyor belt transfers the tooling, and the module clamping mechanism places the carrier on the dispensing machine. Finally, the module takes the carrier away and deposits it on the conveyor belt to convey the dispensed carrier out. Structure Composition: Feed-side conveyor belt mechanism: with a limit bar at the end to position the carrier. Dispensing mechanism: A three-axis dispensing machine can perform dispensing in three directional movements. Module handling mechanism: A single module drives two clamping mechanisms to alternately pick and place carriers. Discharge-side conveyor belt mechanism: Similar to the feed side, it adds a bar at the end for buffering manual carrier retrieval. Clamping mechanism: One cylinder is responsible for vertical movement, and another cylinder moves back and forth to achieve carrier clamping. Process Flow: Step 1: The carrier is transported by the conveyor belt to the limit bar position and waits for pickup. Step 2: The module mechanism moves into position, the cylinder moves downward, and the grippers open and merge to pick up the carrier. Step 3: The module repositioning mechanism moves the carrier to the dispensing workstation. Step 4: The carrier is brought to the dispensing position by the X-axis mounting plate of the dispensing machine for dispensing. Step 5: During dispensing, the module repositioning mechanism moves to the left in preparation for picking up the carrier. Step 6: Upon dispensing completion, the right-side clamping mechanism of the module repositioning mechanism clamps the carrier, while the left-side clamping mechanism picks up the carrier from the conveyor belt. Step 7: The module repositioning mechanism places the undispensed carrier at the dispensing position, while the right-side clamping mechanism puts the dispensed carrier onto the right-hand conveyor belt for output.
