The laser automatic marking machine for wire connectors is designed for an electronics company in Dongguan. It uses a vibrating bowl for feeding, with a robotic arm and visual positioning to place parts into fixtures. A DD motor is used to move the workstations. It employs a fiber laser marking machine. After marking is completed, a code reader judges the marking grade. Qualified products are automatically discharged into a turnover box. The equipment is also equipped with an NG product handling device and a marking fume processor.
