Automatic shutter ultrasonic equipment is designed to conduct ultrasonic inspection on electronic product shutters. The fully automatic ultrasonic inspection machine primarily relies on sound waves (continuously adjustable frequency waves) propagating within the workpiece being inspected. When the thickness of the workpiece is an integral multiple of the half-wavelength of the ultrasonic waves, resonance occurs. The instrument displays the resonant frequency; if there are defects within the workpiece, the resonant frequency changes. By using the difference in resonant frequency, the equipment evaluates the internal condition of the workpiece. The control system is fully automated with PLC control.
