Automated Battery Arc Labeling Machine Model

This equipment is an arc surface labeling machine and battery labeler. Some parts of the equipment are hidden inside the workbench, providing some dustproof function. Additionally, the entire height has been lowered to facilitate seated work for staff. The 3D model of this equipment is designed using SolidWorks 2018 (drawings are available in STEP format). This automatic Qingtong paper spot welding machine is designed for applying adhesive tape to bare machine arc surfaces and flat surfaces. Operators place the product into the empty fixture, and the turntable mechanism rotates the fixture to the designated station to complete the labeling. It then rotates to the next station, where the label pressing mechanism presses and automatically discharges the product onto the production line for manual collection.
