Automatic Profile Cutting Equipment
After the material is loaded, it is fed through a drive and roller mechanism. The feeding end is equipped with a blocking cylinder to ensure cutting length. During cutting, a cutting cylinder applies downward pressure to ensure cutting stability. The cutting machine uses a large-diameter cylinder drive with bi-directional throttle adjustment to ensure uniform feed rate. Upon completion of the cutting, a discharge module grips the product and transfers it to the discharge box.
