The gate is riveted into the aluminum ring, ensuring the flatness of the rotor end surface and preventing the gate from falling off, which could cause the motor rotor to jam and result in issues like burning the machine. This also ensures that rotor quality does not affect the clamping positioning in subsequent processes and the overall quality of the motor unit. It is necessary to rivet and flatten the riser material to ensure product quality.
