A Large E-Commerce Warehouse Order Delivery AGV Automatic Sorting System

This system is an e-commerce express AGV sorting system. Currently, express sorting is generally divided into traditional conveyor belt sorting and the new AGV sorting. Due to file size limitations, this system demonstrates a small AGV logistics conveyor system, similar to STO's 'little yellow man'. During the peak period of e-commerce promotions like Singles' Day, the number of parcels surges, and express deliveries used to be overwhelmed, causing slow distribution. With the advent of more advanced express AGV order-splitting and sorting systems, parcels rarely get overwhelmed, and distribution efficiency has improved significantly, which has been evident to everyone in recent years. The manual packing area in this system connects with the e-commerce order-splitting area. When the shelves reach the specified location, the screen displays the designated products and quantities in the current order. The manual operator removes the corresponding number of products from the shelf and scans the barcode or QR code. Once all of the product's barcodes or QR codes for the order are entered into the system, the corresponding express delivery bill is automatically generated. The manual operator seals the package and attaches the delivery bill to the carton. At the same time, the system instructs the AGV to arrive at the manual location, where the operator places the package on the AGV and scans the delivery number. Then the AGV transports the package to the corresponding destination entrance, such as Wuhan. The AGV pushes the package into the entrance, and the package enters the next sorting and logistics stage. There is a set of traffic instructions between the AGVs that allows for automatic avoidance and optimization of the best path. During peak delivery periods, the number of AGV trolleys can be increased to cope with unexpected situations. The AGV automatically assesses whether the battery is sufficient; if not, the AGV enters the charging area for charging management.
